The 5K Mud Run begins at approximately 8:30am with the non-competitive waves, followed by the Kids Mud Run and then lastly the competitive individual and team waves. This event is expected to sell out. Register early to get your choice of wave start times. 

Fee Schedule for 5K Mud Run (Note: The minimum age for the 5K is 10 years old as of race day).

• $40 General Registration-August 9, 2011-October 1, 2011
• $50 Late Registration-October 2, 2011-Day of Event

Fundraising Requirement
Separate from the entry fee, each individual participating in the 5K Mud Run has a $100 fundraising minimum. Please note runners will not be allowed to pick up their race packets if the $100 fundraising minimum has not been met. After you complete your online registration, you will be provided a personalized fundraising website. This site is unique to you and is intended to allow your friends and family to directly contribute to your personal fundraising goal using a secure, encrypted credit/debit card transaction.  All donations are tax deductible and benefit the Boselli Foundation’s after school programs right here in Jacksonville.  For more information on the Boselli Foundation, visit www.bosellifoundation.com

Waiver Form
All runners are required to read and electronically sign a race waiver during the registration process.  Runners younger than 18 years as of October 8th, 2011, are required to obtain parent or guardian approval.  Click here to preview race waivers.

Packet Pick-Up Info and Tips
We are excited to announce Mellow Mushroom as the official Packet Pick-up Host for the 2011 Jax Mud Fest.
For your convenience, we are offering Packet Pick-up on two different dates, at two different locations from 11am-6:30pm.

Tuesday, October 4th from 11am-6:30pm at Mellow Mushroom -Southside (9734 Deer Lake Ct. Suite 1 Jax, FL 32246)
Wednesday, October 5th from 11am-6:30pm at Mellow Mushroom -Jax Beach (1018-2 North 23rd St. Jax Beach, FL 32250)

During both Packet Pick-ups, Mud Fest volunteers will verify that each participant has met his or her $100 fundraising minimum. Race packets will only be given out to those who have met their requirement. Cash, check and credit cards donations will be accepted onsite.

There will be several promotional items included in your race packet and two important items: a colored wristband and timing chip. The colored wristbands are specific to each race wave and will also be used after the race to receive your complimentary burger, beverage and ride down the infamous Hippo Water Slide. The timing chips are specific to your registration and are used to track your race time. Race t-shirts will also be given out during each packet pick up.

Before offering to pick up a packet for someone else, please confirm that they have met their fundraising minimum. If the fundraising minimum has been met, you will be asked to complete a short form for tracking purposes and will be able to pick up the additional packet(s).

Mellow Mushroom will be offering both food and drink specials throughout the day so come in, grab your packet and enjoy a slice!
